Producer is a collaborative human instrument and visualizer designed to showcase the labor-intensive process of technology and music production. Participants in a hidden room use a variety of actions in physical space to create loop-based audio and visual output that is then viewed and manipulated by those outside of it. Collaboration within the room is necessary to gain the full effect of the instrument but can be undone with ease by any individual on the outside.
