Strum Stroke

By Brian Kozlowski

Project Description
Strum/Stroke is an interactive installation that allows users to create a live artistic creation using the guitar as their brush. As the user strums different strings and plays different notes the pitch and volume of the guitar input will directly manipulate what appears on the canvas. The installation allows for artistic expression without the need for any fine art skills and expands the limitations of the guitar as a creative tool.
