Project Description
My Interactive Dollhouses combine to make a mixed media interactive project that features two dollhouses, both reflective of different income level familys, that allow users to interact with a traditional children’s toy-while keeping adult responsibilities in mind. The dollhouse monitors electricity usuage and, based on the daily budget goal, the user will be able unlock additional ammendities for the houses.

Bio
Kat Celona is an undergraduate student at Hunter College working towards her BA in media studies, concentrating in emerging media. Over the course of her college career, she has worked with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects. Additionally she had spent time working for a digital media production company creating promotional material for a client base that was mainly comprised of independent artists and small theaters.
